Payment Policy

A deposit of $1,500 per person is required to complete registration. The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to the first day of the trip.

Cancellation Policy

A refundable $10,500 team deposit is required to complete registration. The remaining balance is due 120 days prior to first day of the trip. A full refund of deposits are available for cancellations made 120 days prior to the first day of your trip. A refund equal to 50% of the total package price is available if cancelled between 60 and 119 days prior to the first day of the trip. All payments are non-refundable within 60 days prior to the first day of the trip.

A non-refundable deposit of $1000 per amateur is required to complete registration. The remaining balance is due 120 days prior to the first day of the trip.

Cancellation Policy:

A refund of 50% of the package price is available for cancellations made between 61-120 days prior to the first day of the trip. No refunds are available for cancellations made 60 days or less prior to the first day of the trip.
