Payment Policy: A $1,500 deposit is required to reserve your spot. The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to the first day of the trip.
Cancellation Policy: A full refund of deposits is available for cancellations made outside of 90 days from the first day of the trip. For cancellations made between 45 and 89 days prior to the first day of the trip, a 75% refund is available. No refunds are available for cancellations made inside of 45 days prior to the first day of the trip.

A deposit of $1,500 per person is required to complete registration. The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to the first day of the trip.
Cancellation Policy
A refundable $10,500 team deposit is required to complete registration. The remaining balance is due 120 days prior to first day of the trip. A full refund of deposits are available for cancellations made 120 days prior to the first day of your trip. A refund equal to 50% of the total package price is available if cancelled between 60 and 119 days prior to the first day of the trip. All payments are non-refundable within 60 days prior to the first day of the trip.
